School EP Services

-I offer Educational Psychology services directly to schools, working in close partnership with SENDCos, teachers, and leadership teams to support pupils’ learning, communication, social, emotional and mental health.

-Working closely with school staff and parents to enhance learning, communication, social, emotional, and mental health outcomes.

-Tailored educational psychology input for individual pupils and whole-school development.

Services include

  • Consultations with school staff regarding individual pupils or wider concerns
  • Consultations with parents regarding individual pupils
  • Joint consultations with staff and parents
  • Classroom and playground observations
  • Attendance at multi-agency or planning meetings (e.g. EHCP annual reviews)
  • Support with whole-school SEND strategy and planning
  • 1:1 therapeutic input with individual students
  • 1:1 or group supervision for staff
  • SENCo planning meetings
  • Advice around EHCP applications*

Please note: This does not include statutory Education Health and Care Needs Assessments, which are carried out by local authority Educational Psychologists.
