Therapeutic Support for Children

-One to one therapeutic support to support your child’s wellbeing / improve their mental health.

-Using approaches derived from: cognitive behavioural therapy, therapeutic play and Motivational Interviewing.

-Promoting positive outcomes based on your child’s needs.

What does it involve?

A free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and whether therapy may be appropriate for your child or young person. If you decide to proceed, I offer one-to-one therapeutic work using evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Approaches
  • Therapeutic Play Techniques
  • Motivational Interviewing

These approaches are always tailored to your child’s age, needs, and strengths.
